Arctiq September 27, 2013 September 27, 2013 I've been studying psionics while trying to develop my tulpa. I was wondering if anyone is doing the same? If you are, does your tulpa(e) inherit the same amount of psionic power as you do? Maya: - Human - Female - Created on September 16, 2013.
Bobby9macy September 27, 2013 September 27, 2013 Do you know the theories about the pineal gland at the centre of your brain being the root of psychic abilities? If those be true (and I usually assume they are) I'd say both you and your tulpa would be able to use your psychicness or whatever all the same. Maybe your tulpa a little clearer than you since you have reality and your senses to keep your thoughts busy 24/7. My journal blog thingy: LINK
Arctiq September 27, 2013 Author September 27, 2013 Hmm. Pineal gland. Interesting. So your saying tulpae could be easier at psionics because their mind isn't busy? Maya: - Human - Female - Created on September 16, 2013.
Bobby9macy September 27, 2013 September 27, 2013 That's what I've heard. Not sure though, I've never been a tulpa. And now that I think about it tulpas probably have less... "mind energy" when they're younger, and by the looks of it yours is pretty young. Again I wouldn't know though, if you're willing to experiment, I'd try looking both ways just to be sure. Shui September 27, 2013 September 27, 2013 I'm just wondering what you're doing in the way of psionics. I was taught how to make psi-balls as a kid, and I can't deny that I can actually feel them, but beyond that, I never really tried anything. I used to have a lot of friends who were into it though. "'Real isn't how you are made,' said the Skin Horse. 'It's a thing that happens to you.'"
Nobillis September 27, 2013 September 27, 2013 { Kevin says: I'm not psionic, but I do get that street light phenomena happening with monotonous regularity. Usually, whilst traveling the lamps will go off as I reach them in turn. This only happens when I'm tired. It probably has some mundane explanation. Before I had Nobillis I used to imagine that I had a sort of mental shield. Then, the first time I saw Nobillis imposed she walked right through it like it wasn't there. I guess, it always was just imaginary. I seriously hope that tulpas don't inherit psionic abilities from their humans. That actually was a serious worry for me when Nobillis was developing. } Please consider supporting Tulpa.info.
Shui September 27, 2013 September 27, 2013 I get street light interference too. Used to happen all the time on the way home from work. "'Real isn't how you are made,' said the Skin Horse. 'It's a thing that happens to you.'"
Arctiq September 27, 2013 Author September 27, 2013 Another question, sometimes I've felt my energy drained when I wasn't practicing psionics. Could that mean my tulpa used my energy to practice her psionics? Or do tulpae have their own energy system? I'm just wondering what you're doing in the way of psionics. I was taught how to make psi-balls as a kid, and I can't deny that I can actually feel them, but beyond that, I never really tried anything. I used to have a lot of friends who were into it though. I'm only doing energy manipulation right now. Which is basically energy constructs (like the psi ball). I plan on doing telepathy later. Maya: - Human - Female - Created on September 16, 2013.
Shui September 28, 2013 September 28, 2013 This is merely conjecture because my tulpa has no interest in psionics, but I would imagine that tulpa are capable of drawing energy in the same way that we are. "'Real isn't how you are made,' said the Skin Horse. 'It's a thing that happens to you.'"
left blank October 4, 2013 October 4, 2013 My blissful ignorance of "psionics" just came to an abrupt and tragic end. 'Psi' functioning is not a Super Power you magically tap into or conjure with a slew of convoluted incantations. And every time someone mentions the pineal gland as being the seat of things 'psi,' I can't take it seriously. To make matters worse, I have some . The pineal gland might help facilitate our ability to detect the so-called "paranormal" or "supernatural," but it's probably no more vital than the rest of your neuroendocrine system. What's important is how aware and 'in tune' you are with yourself and everything around you. Time, overall health, diet, exercise, discipline and a balanced endocrine system probably have a lot more to do with remote perception than the intrinsic production of DMT does. It's my personal experience and opinion that everyone is fully capable of 'clairvoyant' perception. Actually, I believe that it's a compulsory, primitive function, but very few people learn to master the techniques necessary to become consciously aware of it. The problem is that, like intuition, it's an inner sense that resides in the 94-96% of our cognition that isn't immediately apparent to us — the 'unconscious,' or 'subconscious'. That's why so many people report precognition and telepathy in dreams, when their higher frequency brainwaves were suppressed. A 'tulpa' is no more or less capable than the mind/s from which it is projected. Considering they're the product of the subconscious, they have the potential to communicate all manner of cryptically gathered information, be it subtle intuition, or long-distance, mind-to-mind transfer. The more mindfulness and self-awareness you achieve, the better you'll be able to translate the obscure knowledge being conveyed to you by your thoughtform. As insane as it seems, I feel like I speak from experience. When I manifested my first sentient mind-form years ago, my aim was to create a meditative conduit for my intuitive self. What I ended up with was a veritable hodgepodge of 'psychic detritus' that contaminated the tulpa and caused unwanted and profoundly baffling deviations. My technique was simple enough: Meditate frequently, document dreams and meditative experiences in detail, study parapsychology (not metaphyics) case reports as well as established psychology, and painstakingly cross reference with personal notes, etc. But no one has perfected a reliable method of producing and controlling remote perception and related phenomena or it would be common knowledge by now. Any claims to the contrary are almost definitely bullshit. 'Psi' is a very touch-and-go phenomenon at the best of times, and only with time and focus will you know what works best for you. Just don't expect to be shooting fireballs from your eyes any time soon.
