Delved more into my life and friends, how I met and started dating my girlfriend, really just talking about my life. Guest August 21, 2012 August 21, 2012 Using Fede's tones, pure pink noise I believe,The pink noise track is not a tone. Do you hear a tone in it? I don't. Okay. Then it's not a tone. I figured I'd try using Irish's method, what with the wonderlands and narration and no real "work" on personality, letting Red kind of just get hir own personality, because last night I tried to start working on Red following FAQ_man's guides (and the "treating as sentient before sentience" starting thing) and I couldn't get anywhere with personality.You oughta just use mine, but whatever. Fede, I thank you for linking to your tones, without it I surely wouldn't be able to focus for more than ten-fifteen minutes.Sure thing.

Tweaks August 22, 2012 Author August 22, 2012 Longest session yet! Over 42 minutes! Feeling mighty good about it, although it doesn't quite make up for the lack of attention the rest of the day. It was still a good before-bed sesh, though, so I'm happy. Might even just try to chat it up with Red a little as I doze off to sleep. Only got about 20 minutes of forcing done, as I started to doze off a little. Narrated for a little, then moved onto out first bit of visualization near the end of the sesh. Tweaks August 25, 2012 Author August 25, 2012 I mostly use tulpatone, for the first session I used pink noise. I do still use them, I find they help me concentrate (for the most part) on forcing after a long day, so yeah, I guess they're pretty good.
