Oh lord. Give up after one session?

Some people take over a year to impose. This stuff takes patience.

If you don't have patience, I'd advise you not try.

"If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."

I do have patience, but none of the guides are helping much. I can visualize a can of soda, feel the coldness coming off it or a bowl of hot soup, but as far as a human...no.

I have a bit of a mystery though. If I haven't visualized or imposed yet, is it still possible to feel their presence in the room, or at my heels. Like are you supposed to feel them following you everywhere even if you can't see them?

Also, could it be the work of my Tulpa when I went to my college to schedule a physical at the health office, and had trouble walking out of there WITHOUT making the appointment? I feel like he had something to do with that. Like there was no way I was getting out of there without doing that.

Thoughts?

Small steps my friend. If you can make that can of soda the most mouth-watering, thirst-quenching, cool and soothing drink you'll ever take, you can easily build up into imagining a human.

It's not the end of the world if you can't imagine a human right now. Things will come in time sooner or later. And when that yet comes, you'll see things differently.

You can if you would like. Personally, it's a useful symbolic reference as long as you know it's to help get used to acknowledging their existence. Since after all, your attention is the sustenance for their existence in the initial stages.

No one can really tell you, we can only give you presumptions. Maybe it was just an unconscious impulse to do something like that. Maybe it was your tulpa, or maybe it's just something you happened to do because it was important, can't really say.
