If you wake up at least once and go back to sleep, it leads to a high likelyhood of remembering your dreams or becoming lucid.
Orq9000 May 13, 2012 May 13, 2012 All what I can report is that, my dream got significantly more vivid, since when i started tulpaforcing. But my feeling on this are, that's it's more due to meditation than tulpa inself.
