tulpatalk May 11, 2012 Share May 11, 2012 Theory: If a tulpa has a light source as part of its form, when fully imposed, would it help the tulpamaker see in the dark? [Note: Opinions]
FAQ man May 11, 2012 Share May 11, 2012 I don't think so, because the hallucination is not real therefore it can't effect real vision. The illumination would be either just on the tulpa, or what the tulpa illuminated wouldn't really be the environment or something. But I highly doubt it could actually help you see in the dark. It could be used for experiments in how tulpas see. Hmm. [Note: Opinions]
FAQ man May 11, 2012 Share May 11, 2012 How about you move this over to the experiment section?
tulpatalk May 11, 2012 Author Share May 11, 2012 How about you move this over to the experiment section? I must've misinterpreted the way it worked. Just looked it over. Would it be possible to transfer those posts over to a new topic there? Or should I just make a new thread and copy-paste? FAQ man May 11, 2012 Share May 11, 2012 I can do it.

tulpatalk May 13, 2012 Author Share May 13, 2012 What's the form of your tulpa? [Note: Opinions]
Orq9000 May 13, 2012 Share May 13, 2012 I started with one certain character from this poni poni cartoon, but the physical form deviated strongly, I think mostly due to differences in personality. Also I addes something from myself, just for fun. And I just realized, that I made symbol on her chestplate glow with blue light. So it's quite relevant to this thread. However I never wondered, will it project light to something. I just spent three quarters in darkened version my wonderland, playing with this feature. I find out my brain is very effective, when it comes to light simulation. Shadows were really good and sharp. It was so much fun, that I taught her she may use her horn as light source, and I think she liked it. Anyway. In wonderland, light source obviously work like flashlight for me. I'll see how it will be, when She'll be walking around in real. But I assume that "waht You expect to be there" theory will be valid.
Guest May 19, 2012 Share May 19, 2012 just wondering: when the tulpas lightsource is pointed toward your eyes will your pupils shrink? that is impossible to do yourself since you don't have control over those muscles from what i heard.
