Creature21 April 10, 2014 April 10, 2014 How do you know if your Tulpa is there near you, or if you are in a room, you try calling them by they're name and calling them to get near you, how do you know that they were really there, how can you prove, OR is it pure imagination, hallucinating "them" to be walking as you can see it, because you believe it's the point of having a Tulpa, to maybe "hallucinate" them and impose them in the real physical world and you imagine them, or what? Have you ever felt this? Solution?

Have you ever felt this? Solution? How they work, is that they're given justification for existence through your belief, and memories in your subconscious as well. Basically, this makes it so that your tulpa has some basic memories to work with. Once your tulpa is more developed, he/she will get memories of his/her own, so your tulpa will become more and more real (to you). Also, there are guides on how to get your tulpa to speak, as well as how to visualize your tulpa in your mind's eye, as well as impose your tulpa into the physical world. At first, you might not be able to see/hear your tulpa for 1-2 months, but trust me. They'll make themselves known to you after you and your tulpa train enough. Another thing, head pressure is a good sign that your tulpa is developing. It should be a non painful, steady head pressure. You should force regularly. I recommend probably around an hour minimum, although you can get away with 30 min if you do it daily and you're pressed for time. I won't tell you the maximum you should force for, because I don't know your health history, and I'm no doctor or expert when it comes to something like this. But the general rule of thumb is force while it's comfortable for you. I started working on Twilight close to a week ago, and I have heard her call my name once, and communicate with me through emotions, as well as influence my dreams. But if you don't get any of these signs, don't be discouraged, tulpae develop at different rates, and even if you train for a while, your tulpa may not be ready to talk yet. I would tell more, but I'm still learning myself, and don't want to risk giving out faulty info. Will list tulpas when I get things sorted out in my head.

Vos April 10, 2014 April 10, 2014 How can I "force" my Tulpa? Is it like another term for "creating" one. Pretty much, yeah. There are a lot of creation guides in the guides board here that can (hopefully) provide some guidelines for your work. We also have a glossary to help you learn some more terms. Read them.

You start by imagining them there, you need to have a clear image of your tulpa within your mind's eye first I believe. Once you successfully imagine them being in the physical world, try to imagine your tulpa moving. This is called puppeting. Keep practicing until one day you can clearly see them, and they're able to move on their own. It might also help to imagine them in movies or tv shows. I forgot the name of this technique, but there are tulpamancers who use that technique to help visualize their tulpae. Will list tulpas when I get things sorted out in my head.
Leaf April 11, 2014 April 11, 2014 I am still working on imposition, but I do know at first I had to concentrate on imagining my tulpae near me which developed into a feeling. Its hard to describe but I am intuitively able to know which ones are by me (more like can talk to/interact with minimal concentration) and which ones aren't. Unless you believe, you shall not understand.
