It was a couple of sessions ago. I was tulpaforcing as I suddenly heard a tone in my head (sounded a little similar to Fede's Loving Euphoria), which seemed to appear out of nowhere. It changed both in speed and force. Could this possibly be a response from my tulpa, or is my brain just fucking with me? In later sessions it has faintly appeared again once in a while, but they're very weak compared to the first three times it happened.

Time tulpaforced: 124 h 00 min

Responses:(Possible) different kind of tones

If it appeared out of nowhere and shifted independent of your will it could absolutely be a response. Have you tried communicating in response and seeing if it adapts?

Astral project on my face, brother!

I of course tried communication, but that didn't seem to affect it in any way.

You're lucky Nordica, I'm currently writing a guide on the voice. I believe this tone (assuming it occurs during tulpaforcing) is connected to the Tulpa voice formation. I will be quoting some parts of the guide:

[...] Around the Tulpa’s voice you will most likely hear transients. This includes white noise, tinnitus, pulsatile tinnitus, hearing cicadas, persistent high sounds, persistent low sounds etc.

[...]

The first sign that your Tulpa has reached this stage, is hearing one of the transients during forcing, (esp. white noise) or the actual voice.

[...]

If you have reached this stage, you can safely say that your Tulpa is sentient and is getting vocal.

[...]

Please mind that everything about making a Tulpa is very individual and every brain works a bit different. You might hear a completely different set of transients or experience a different voice than described above. If that happens – don’t ignore it, but respond to it.

It's mostly my own experience though, and large parts still have to be validated. I hope this helps you.

Any emotions, both yours and not, during, before and after tone?

*text*

It does. Knowing that others have had similar experience makes me more aware of what it could be. I've not heard any white noise though. The tone I heard was pure. Actually in the last session I had about one and a half hour ago I experienced a humming sound in my right ear. Don't know if this is also something included in your list of transients? It behaved much like the tone I had, as in; it didn't follow any kind of pattern. And, if belief and expectation could affect the creation of tulpæ, I think it's also worth mentioning that the first tone first appeared around 70 h 15 min (since the start I've been following FAQ man's guide)

Looking forward to your guide.

Only excitement from my side after the tone, but that'd be expected.

No, thanks for your transient. I will be collecting them (and other stuff), that's why I try to keep up with people's progress logs. Of course there are one sided non-psychotic hallucinations. Maybe you will hear different sounds in the next sessions, who knows? Anyway, keep it up!

I had recently, during narration and visualization in my wonderland, I heard the sound you get when you blow on the open top of an empty bottle, that a response.

Tulpa - Kaliea

Form: Human female

Sentience: Possibly

Stage -

Visualization: Done

Narration: Continuing

Touch: Almost Done

Smell: Yet to begin

Imposition: Yet to begin

The sound needs to happen strictly during sessions? i think i've heard something like that but it wasn't in the sessions...
