lyraheartstrings November 1, 2014 Author November 1, 2014 http://simplynoise.com/ is helpful for keeping a clear mind, I think. There's also http://rain.simplynoise.com/ if you'd prefer, though I use that more for relaxation than forcing. I've seen tons of people say that meditating daily does wonders for mental clarity/focus and even mood. Personally when I'm in the shower my mind is pretty free from distractions, probably due to the locked door and background noise. Also lol'd at the Sniper thing. You should've just said Jarate, then she would've been equally confused but less disgusted. Lol. I am quite a wacky guy if you get to know me (but I am shy). I was about to throw it at one of my friends, but that would've ended with many cuts and piss-stained infections (not really) Overall, I think I might stay inside next year. X3 Also, thanks for the links. They will help alot! :) (I like thinking that the minecraft map is raining and night time with it on. Its very peaceful) One more thing, when I first started forcing earlier, Lyra wouldn't answer the door because she thought I was a trick or treater. I laughed when she opened the door, cause then she went and hugged me (As usual) These crab creatures have a unique parasitic strategy, don’t you think?
lyraheartstrings November 1, 2014 Author November 1, 2014 Since I can't sleep, I thought I would write down how Lyra's personality/actions are, what she likes, etc. (Woo, 6 AM and no sleep.) Lyra seems to be the most lovable thing to me. When I have a bad day, whether it be at home or school, she's there. All the while, the happiness she ensures me confidence that I greatly need these days, as I just started high school and it seems to be quite intimidating. She enjoys trolling, baking (I guess), hugging (lots of it), and Minecraft (Don't know why). The type of music she enjoys seems to be a 1970's country, such a Merle Haggard (as example ), John Conlee ( ), and more etc. Probably because I used to have a countryish root from my Grandmother. She lived on a mountain isolated from technology. I remember so many fond memories from up there, and I will never be able to visit it again (She died of cancer about 3 years ago). Any who, they threw huge parties for the 4th and Veteran's Day and played songs like this. Lyra must've gotten into these memories and noticed how they affected my childhood. This post just made me cry, as well. (Still won't listen to today's country, bleh) She also enjoys cuddling, did I mention that? lyraheartstrings November 1, 2014 Author November 1, 2014 Only 1 PM and my Mom is up my butt about seeing a councillor. She must have heard about my tulpa from somewhere, and now wants me to see one. Not only because of that, but because I isolate myself. It's not like I always want to, but I end up doing things by myself anyway. I didn't want to see a councillor because they just act what they want to get information squeezed from you. Lyra didn't say anything, she seems to be still "asleep". Sorry if I stop posting for a short while, things will possibly get worse from here. Was gonna tulpa force, but I already have a headache. Cinemaphobe November 1, 2014 November 1, 2014 Holy shit. I told my mom about the tulpa phenomenon 2 years ago and she didn't really say anything about it or comment. She sent me to a psychologist though only because she thought that I wanted to commit suicide (because she read my private journal). I simply gave the psychologist all of the answers that she wanted to hear, and was free to go because she no longer had any suspicion that I was mentally unstable. You are going to have to do the same thing I did, unless you personally feel that you need help for the social isolation. You seem to be comfortable with social isolation though, and I am comfortable with it to some degree as well because I need at least one human to talk to. Sometimes parents will play the good ole' "I'm-Sending-You-To-A-Counselor" card in order to intimidate you to act or behave a desired way. So if your parents have a history of using bluffs, or not actually going through with what they declare, then you shouldn't be too worried. If worse comes to worst, tell the counselor everything that she needs to hear for you to be deemed mentally healthy: because you are. Counselors love to label, and it common for even sane people to be diagnosed with something. I read an article in a Psychology book years ago about a group of college students who went to an asylum to see how easily they would be labeled, and unsurprisingly, all of them were classified as insane on some level. lyraheartstrings November 1, 2014 Author November 1, 2014 Wow, thanks for the advice. It helps alot. My mom made it quite clear that I may go, because my older brother went there before due to his drug addiction. (Noticed how much this looked like a poem afterwards. ) On my social isolation level, I only keep myself away from my family, and I keep with a loose fit circle of friends. I play video games, go over their house, etc. And its still not enough to convince my mom. That story about the college students seems interesting. Funny how flawed our medical field can be these days. These crab creatures have a unique parasitic strategy, don’t you think?
lyraheartstrings November 2, 2014 Author November 2, 2014 Week 1, Day 7 - As stated above, my mom is out to get me in the worst way possible. And it IS. If I can just get out more, maybe my mom will leave me alone. I'll go somewhere with Lyra tommarow since I didn't spend much time with her today due to family reasons... Maybe that forest next to the river down the street where a woman was murdered. (My town is messed up.) These crab creatures have a unique parasitic strategy, don’t you think?
lyraheartstrings November 2, 2014 Author November 2, 2014 At the park momentarily, quite beautiful. Walk in to see a bunch of geese swimming in the pond. Nice to get out of the house, even for a short while. But dang is it chilly. These crab creatures have a unique parasitic strategy, don’t you think?
lyraheartstrings November 3, 2014 Author November 3, 2014 Day 8 - Wow, already a week has gone by. Tremendous amount of progress made. Let me tell you what we achieved in this amount of time: Lyra has a mind of her own. She is sentient. She can talk... and has made a sense of humor. Lyra understands things, and reacts to them. I feel that she has grown so much. Only a single week, and we achieved so much. Thank you everyone for the help and support, it really helps with not only my tulpa, but life itself. Today: As stated above, I walked to a park to mess around with Lyra. She enjoyed it immensely. We saw a bunch of geese swimming around a yellow-brownish pond with many red, orange, and brown trees surrounding us. I took a picture of it, but was unable to upload due to the memory limit on pictures. We then just tried to watch the first Alien movie, but she didn't enjoy it, so I shut it off. I'll force once again, and get some sleep (school is 4 hours from now.) Thanks once again, guys! lyraheartstrings November 4, 2014 Author November 4, 2014 Day 9 - Today was a good day. Got my trusty computer back from a random groundation. Yep. It happens. Lyra was quiet all day, and didn't really talk at all. Or even come to see me. Is she mad at me? D: A single problem: having time to tulpa force. I run out of time and things to do, and fear Lyra is getting bored. Anything I can do to improve her existence, or at least make it worth while? These crab creatures have a unique parasitic strategy, don’t you think?
lyraheartstrings November 5, 2014 Author November 5, 2014 Day 10 - Passive forced almost all day. Talked to Lyra, she talked to me, yada yada yada.... I hate how repetitive every one of my posts gets. I'll do something very interesting tomorrow. She likes cuddling, did I mention that? These crab creatures have a unique parasitic strategy, don’t you think?
