Twice Sparked November 23, 2014 November 23, 2014 Keep at it, mate. I'm sure she appreciates your dedication. And try not to stress yourself too much about vocalization. I know it's how we're used to talking to other people, but there are so many other ways to talk to tulpas, from the emotions you already get from her to images, music, memories, pressures, etc. You can come up with your own language and it doesn't have to correspond to any known rules of communication. Your thinking needs a readjust; total concentration is a must. -Zecora Imma Reportin Mah Progress! And, please, call me Sparks.
FurryBlueNaki November 25, 2014 November 25, 2014 I think 20 mins is good. I have trouble remembering to force for more than 5 mins. My mind wanders. And I don't have ADD. Chance, an anthro husky, wolf or fox. Birthdate September 20, 2014. Sentient October 1, 2014.
arcanemagic December 1, 2014 December 1, 2014 Meh. Not much. Spent 1 hour or so of lame-ass forcing, was losing concentration all the time. I don't think I feel Alayah as good as I used to. I think that it's important to take breaks every once and a while to avoid burnout and such. A day off once and a while will usually restore my concentration. It always seems like a waste of time to not be forcing with Markus because I can't stop thinking about the progress that we're missing out on, but the amount of progress that burnout'll hinder is far greater than that of a day or two of rest. Days 14-15. Two hours of forcing for two days. No progress at all. Suddenly felt depressed again and it's impossible to even get myself out of bed; not talking about doing anything productive. Meh. Yeah, that happened to me a while back... I think Markus was sad and there was some emotional bleedthrough but I don't really know... I felt this kind of cold absence when I tried forcing with her... although cold absence doesn't really describe it, it's the closest description that I've found for it... It got better though. Keep up the work! It'll pay off eventually! Markus is the tulpa, and I don't really have anything else to say. Markus speaks in Blue!
