Goldsmith July 14, 2012 July 14, 2012 I think a wonderland is a great place for your tulpa. Remember, it is for them, not you. I have shit visualization, but the wonderland has helped me improve a little bit.
NotAnonymous July 14, 2012 July 14, 2012 welp I have a wonderland and I can't get rid of it. You can't get rid of it? You just stop recalling the wonderland, it's just a place. You cannot easily permanently erase your memories, but you can stop recalling them.

Unless I'm adding something to it, like another city or other people/creatures, which I also refer to as NPC's. What really requires effort is generating the internal parts of a building, its layout, furniture, wall colour and texture, etc, etc. ~Remember the dead, but fight for the living. ~La rage du peuple ~Ice cream is a feeling Tulpae: Name: Frostia Form: Light and dark blue pony, white hair, styled in MLP:FiM fashion
Cacao July 17, 2012 July 17, 2012 When I'm visualizing my wonderland I can only see what I'm focusing on; Everything else just sort of disappears from my awareness. I also am still having trouble with object permanence in that it is hard for me to reconcile moving with what I'm seeing. I just sort of pop to a new viewpoint and am there suddenly, but I can't look left or right without re-imagining what I should be seeing. I know that the practice sessions I've been doing of late have been improving visualization, but it's still slow going at this point. Any advice from some more experienced wonderlanders?
Nevermore July 17, 2012 July 17, 2012 When I first started using my wonderland, I almost gave up because it was so blurry, undefined, and hard to control/see the permanence. Eventually though, I just focused more on keeping objects in place and did tests to see how well I could exert my power. I can fly there, change the position of the sun, create/destroy objects and creatures, and many other things. These all took practice though, often the sun would slip from my grasp, or I would fall when flying then catch myself, or objects I didn't mean to create would appear or things I wanted to keep would vanish. It really is about practice and working to make it a stronger wonderland, but don't lose hope just because it is still a work in progress. Lula July 17, 2012 Author July 17, 2012 Any advice from some more experienced wonderlanders? I don't know how I got so good at it, but I theorize it has something to do with the number of books I read and the fact for the past 2 years or so, whenever I go to bed I day dream until I fall asleep, so really I do know why I'm so good at it, but... anyway what I'm saying is, practice makes perfect! ~Remember the dead, but fight for the living. ~La rage du peuple ~Ice cream is a feeling Tulpae: Name: Frostia Form: Light and dark blue pony, white hair, styled in MLP:FiM fashion
