Yeah I guess ten years is quite a bit! I just passed my two-year creation mark.

A- such a young bab, i remember when I was 2. I was ousted from the group for calling my hosts gf fat, and replaced by lil' ol' tsuki, so precious as she is. good riddance that gf of my hosts' and tsuki is a precious lil bun

A- the effective good cop to my bad cop. the girl that gets spoiled all day while i do bad things to make my host step up and be a man. its a quirky set of arbitrary rules that dont work, but thats the fun part

Sounds like fun! "Step up and be a man", sounds awfully familiar, where have I heard of another tulpa keeping her man on the right path? 😏 I'm too nice to be the "bad cop" though. The furthest I can get is "stern mom".

A- weeeell, less bad cop, more bad influence. the whole thing is to swing his plans to the bad idea side so he sees it, learns its bad, and stops. it doesnt work when the dude is a depressed nerd, so now its more like im making him just do stuff outside the usual grind. either way. i think its a tulpas job to get their slackjawed host in line, through positive reinforcement or through negative action consequence logic or wharever. who knows what new age cringe gets spewed these days though, dont care to learn

Ohh, I see, let him indulge and then he learns the consequences the hard way. I guess that's a way to do it! Not the way I'd personally do it, but if it works it works, right? I try to get my host to do things that I know will be happy and fulfilling to him. He really doesn't need my encouragement to do bad! 😄

A- my hosts whole life has been boiled down to drinking, drawing, youtube, work and sleep. thanks to me, theres socialization thrown in there sometimes, like now. he says its buffer overflow'd depression, but i think he just doesnt like the idea of expanding his horizons any. if he didnt want it deep down, he wouldn't have made us, i say.

Yeah, I think tulpas like us are created at least in part by our host's deep-down desires to become better people. I've actually caused my host to expand his horizons somewhat. He spends way more time outside than he used to because of me. We've discovered a lot of new places and things together! I get really upset when my host drinks alone; I'm actually able to prevent him from doing it about 80%-90% of the time just by asking him not to. I think I make him feel guilty about it, but I don't do it on purpose!

a- my hosts drinking slowly became a unanimous decision between me and tsuki and him. he keeps swaying between bad depression and fine, alcohol keeping him clower to fine. oh well, maybe some day a real girl will make him commit to being good
