My knowledge of pop music sort of tapers off around 10 years ago. 😄 To be honest until this moment I didn't know Kesha was still around. But then again I'm not really a pop girl.

I have access to memories of older pop but I’m actually more personally knowledgeable of more recent pop because it’s what I hear on the radio. I noticed I particularly like the angsty stuff :p

This is the story of living in the head of a 36-year-old man. 😄 He literally has a difficult time comprehending music made in the last 10 years, and especially in the last 5. Unless it's by someone he knew who was active before then. I try to be a bit more open-minded about things, but even I have a hard time finding things I can attach too. Just the way that the music is produced, the way vocals are handled, the general vibe--I just have a tough time with it.

 

Always willing to be proven wrong and learn something new though! 😁
