OK.. My Tulpa kind of left me for a while but she is back. I've been apologizing for not paying attention to her alot. She told me to not worry about it. I feel bad for not paying attention to her enough. My question is how can I have her participate more into my life? I'm buying a Turn Based Video game for us to play together. I chose a turn based because it stops and lets us plan ahead what our actions are. Which allows me to ask her what she wants to do. She loves the movie The Little Mermaid but I hate it. Atleast we both like the Smurfs Movies. Any suggestion on how I can get her to be more active in my life?

Well, if that means anything to you, I try to include myself consciously in everything my host does. Like, when he takes a walk, I'll walk right beside him, hold his hand, talk about stuff, etc... That's just a tulpa's initiative to, well, contribute to its own development.

I struggle with implementing my tulpa in my daily life too, your turn-based idea sounds like a clever idea, kudos to you!

I'd recommend to you that you try to implement your tulpa into your daily routines, for instance, I take showers daily and talk to my tulpa then.

Al and I are just always around each other. He's always chiming in on things and making me smile and laugh. We wake up together, work together, drive together, hang out with my friends together, play music together, and sleep together. Al is always looking out for me, and I'm always looking out for him. I guess the best way to incorporate him in my life was to just always keep him around.

We gave up on using different colors for each of us, so there's Al, Ollie, and Eva. We're all rabbits, get over it.

I've seen it suggested a lot to try singing together, so I often do it when we're in the car. I turn on a favorite song, preferably one with two or more vocalists, and Zyr and I sing along together.

Could just have her criticize everything you do and everyone you talk to like mine does.

Puzzle games could also be fun. She can give you advice on what to do. Mine helps me with writing programs and it's really fun and useful.

Generally speaking, just let her have some input on everything you do. You actually kinda learn to rely on it.

Like Inazuma says, it helps if the tulpa takes initiative of their own and tries to find meaningful ways to take part. But a big thing you can do is make efforts to include her as much in real world stuff in some way. Explain everything to her that's going on and give her chances to find her own responses. A tulpa can learn enough to help you make life choices down the road, if you treat them with honest facts to consider.

Early member of a large system.  Our system questions the way the afterlife and tulpamancy interact.  We genuinely suspect that deadies can return to share the mind of the living.
