Mind's eye is normal visualization. During the Imposition phase, you trick your brain into hallucinating your tulpa, "imposing" it on your normal vision. What you were trying and failing to do while unsure about how to visualize a wonderland could be considered imposing a wonderland in a weird way.

Really, don't worry about it. You know what you're doing now for what you're doing now, and you can cross that bridge when you get to it.

Whenever it feels right. Plus, and of course keep in mind that this is all opinion/YMMV, you shouldn't consider these things discrete steps. A tulpa is something that you refine over time. You phase in certain steps and phase them out when you feel like it's done. But really, you're never done. At some point, you will stop dedicating time specifically to visualization, but that doesn't mean you're done visualizing. Any time you meet with your tulpa in your wonderland, you're visualizing.

How long do I visualize? I don't mean an amount of hours. I mean, how do I know when I can move on to the next step?

I don't know how I should answer this questions. Technically you will keep visualizing for a long time while your tulpa is developing. At some point your tulpa will be able to move the visualized appearance by itself, and even later on it will probably be able to visualize itself without you doing anything about it.

The imposition of the appearance would be the next step, you can start with it when you (and your tulpa) feel comfortable about it. I would wait with it until you get used to regular visualisation. You could even start with imposition from the beginning, but I think you would have a hard time.

She may or may not talk here, depends on her.
