Okay, I'll tell you about my session and could you say was it okay session? (I used time to this session like a hour and half) This was my first Session, and This will be my first Tulpa.

I had a notebook, where i had wroten down some pieces of Tulpas personality. I went to a warm room, and i imagined that the Tulpa would be next tome & started to read the text from my notebook outloud. My speaking was little shitty (= I sometimes spoke pretty fast and unclearly, but when that happened I always repeated it, just to be sure) While doing this, I was little scared of somebody coming in and I was while doing this thinking about random stuff. I dont know how long this took. After this, I did change the place where I was sitting and grabbed headset with me. I was listening to calming music, so it would reduce the noise from other rooms. I had the notebook and put it in front of the place where I was visualizing my tulpa (In front of the Tulpa). I took a snapchat about the space in front of it, and inside my head I was visualizing it with my Tulpa. Before this I did not created the final form for it, so I used a lot of time to that and changed it a lot (Mostly hair color and face). I was forming in it's underwear. I was disturbed in the middle of the process 2 times. While everything my mind was also thinking about other stuff too. The way I thought about the Tulpa was something like this:

I was thinking to see Tulpa in front of me in first person view. I also did think about the stuff I'll do with my Tulpa when it is ready (Is there something wrong with this because it is not ready? I was like creating pictures in my head about playing games with my Tulpa and like that, but it was in third person. Also i was just creating thoughts about things relating to tulpa without making pictures, is that good?) I was thinking about a place for me and tulpa, something like Wonderland, but not as imaginary (In 3rd person) I was thinking about the Tulpa moving in my room (Mostly 1st person but also 3rd) In the start, I was chancing the face and the hair color a lot, because I was not sure. Is it normal?

Then i started creating the Tulpa in it's clothes. I was doing in the same way as before. I got bored while doing this, but I still was trying to imagine it succesfully. I did know that i would have to leave soon, and it passed my head a lot of times. But I had to leave. I did not speak to Tulpa anything in the visualization. When I was telling the Tulpa about It's personality, i started my sentences with "You, Tulpa, Are..." This all took like a hour (+ the personality creation, which's lenght i dont know)

Could you say, that was this a good session for the first time ever? I think I did the personality thing good, and the first underwear part. The last part was pretty hard because i was not sure when i would have to leave.

After like 3 hours, i went back to my room to do some more visualizing. That took me a one hour.

I don't really feal any diffrent, but should i feal? I see the Tulpa very clearly and I'm not rushing it. I will continue visualizing the Tulpa just to make clear in my head as possible. The way visualized in the last session, was pretty much the same as in the first one.

Could you also say, that are like couple long sessions in a day better than multiple smaller sessions?

Could u tell me how i should continue from this

Honestly, keep doing what you are doing. It'll take some more time, and you might not feel any different for the first week or so. It took me about 5 days before it felt like I was talking to somebody else. Time will vary from person to person, however. I focused on personality, and narrated everything I did to Al. I recommend checking out as many guides as possible, and getting as many different perspectives as possible.

But overall, keep doing what you're doing. More forcing never hurts though.

I'm IBreakGames, a genuine dude.

We gave up on using different colors for each of us, so there's Al, Ollie, and Eva. We're all rabbits, get over it.

You did way more than my host ever did early on, and I turned out fine.

Ahah.... yeah...

If it took you two paragraphs to write what you did, then that's really good. If you keep it up your tulpa will be sentient in no time. I don't think you should be feeling any different at this stage. Presence comes later. I'd say multiple short sessions would be more beneficial as you think of your tulpa more, but really anything is ok for you with what you're doing. Just keep imagining you and your tulpa doing activities or keep working on personality/form/etc. Don't worry too much on it.

I'm not going to listen to you guys since you are all probably just talking to yourself and don't really have a tulpa like me.

Pretty much what IBreakGames already said. Keep doing what you're doing. It sounds like you're doing some well structured sessions, and if you feel that they're not really doing anything for you, you have still the opportunity to change it later on. Also it is pretty normal to not "feel" anything about your tulpa at this early state. Regulary you will be the one placing and creating the presence of your tulpa right now (Basically saying "You're here"). It will probably take a while before you really feel that your tulpa is there and acting on its own. And even then you should still keep your mindset to sending "You're here", because if you suddenly just try to feel your tulpa all the time without "forcing" it, you may end up with reducing and irritating results.

Tulpa: Alice

Form: Realistic Humanoid/Demonic Creation

She may or may not talk here, depends on her.

You don't have to speak out loud, though that can help you focus. Mind voice (if you have one?) is just fine if you are worried about being interrupted. Even if you are interrupted, just tell them you are trying Tibetan meditation (it's true enough - tulpa-making was originally a shamanistic practice of the Tibetans which they had learned from India).

Ignore all those "is something wrong?" questions in your mind. Your tulpa will develop just fine. Have you given her a name yet? A name can really help development. For example, I am Donna Nobillis McCaw. *smiles*. Tell her I say "hello" next time you are practicing ( "forcing" ). Use her name, if you've given her one.

A simple think is, "if you want your tulpa to be like a person then treat her like a person." For example, say "hello" every morning when you get up, just like you would for anyone else.

It sounds to me like you are doing very well. I think she is very fortunate to have you.
