1). The appearance does not affect the personality. At all. Many people have made strange tulpas and scary tulpas that are pleasent to be around.

 

2). Yes, to a certain degree. I listen to dubstep, and my tulpa has taken a liken to dubstep, and electronic music in general. It's good for development too!

Well, these trolls ruin threads and de-rail them fast. It may not be thousands of anons from /b/, but it's still ugly.

I'll be sure to remember that, although it was /b/ that sent me here, and /b/ is also my pseudo-second home. But I'm not the textbook anon douchecanoe that is usually found on /b/, or at least I like to think I'm not.

Welcome to the forums!

 

Tips I can give you:

 

- Do NOT take a guide as THE rule to follow by. Change the rules to your liking. The only real important thing is narration.

 

- Look up many guides and take the things that you like. Makes things easiert than thinking about a method yourself.

 

- Try meditation and visualization before beginning with your tulpa. Helps to fuck things up less. Seriously, my mind is rumbling around like a pack of monkeys fighting for a banana. I am currently training to calm it down, so I can seriously work on something constantly. Imagine you messing up your tulpas form, because your mind is one weird prick. *shrugs*

 

- Be aware that this shit takes a long LONG time. POV varies on that, though.

 

- Also, I am currently working on a not so positive theory about tulpae. You may want to read that, too. Will put it on the forums in the next days.

It's calmed down a little bit recently, with generally less trolling. Normally Fede, Lulu, and Charlotte/Bin would be shitposting, but you don't really see much of Charlotte and Lulu around anymore and Fede has calmed down.
