TheShadowKnight134 February 24, 2016 February 24, 2016 Okay so I've been working on my tulpa for awhile but we seem to have a bit of a problem. For one we keep changing our minds on form. Also my tulpa changes her name every two weeks to a month. Three. She now has a scottish accent or Irish. Not sure and not complaining but does anyone have similar experience. Also how do we decide on name and form?
Temar February 24, 2016 February 24, 2016 Seems pretty normal for a young tulpa to explore their options. Let her explore. There's no harm that can come from playing around with form and voice. Eventually, one will probably stick... and hey, if not, then you've got a shapeshifter, and that's awesome too. You don't need a permanent static form to have a happy, healthy tulpa. This is nothing to worry about. You're good. Let her figure herself out and enjoy the ride in the meantime, yeah? ;) ~ Member of SparrowNR's system ~ ~ I am a soulbond. Vos February 24, 2016 February 24, 2016 Are there any parts of these names or forms that feel consistent? If so, mark those so that you two have a better idea of what you like and can agree on. If it gets to the point where there are just too many things that you like, pick some at random and try to stick with them.
Guest Anonymous February 24, 2016 February 24, 2016 Oh Scottish. Might I implant a mental suggestion that yer tulpa is a redhead like in the movie Brave? Oh.. well I just did.
Punch February 24, 2016 February 24, 2016 My tupper changed forms so many times I lost count last time I tried this. I'd like to think it was her expressing herself, but in my case, I think I was just being fickle and she was acting out my desires. Not saying this is how it is for you, but that was my experience. This time, I've made a promise to Coco that I wouldn't change her form or her name until she becomes vocal and autonomous enough to discuss it with me and let me know it's what she wants. If your tupper is able to communicate, discuss it with her and try to come to a consensus. If she's not communicating yet, my advice is to pick a name/form and stick with it until she is. Constantly changing her name/form would be like calling a developing child a different name every time you addressed them. I want to be ignored Don't want a speaking part I don't want any one to notice The blood spilling out of my exploding heart
TheShadowKnight134 February 24, 2016 Author February 24, 2016 Well so far the names have been Shara Shayleigh and now recently Kat. Its her suggesting the name changes. I just follow along lol For forms originally she was a wolf furry then cat furry then animeish. Realistic now it's back to anime/realistic.
