Hello, I've been reading a few guides, and a few of them touch upon Wonderlands. They say it's a place your tulpa can live in, aand where you can hang out, created by the belief in some sort of landscape. I've never been able to solidify one. I never have a constant wonderland. I don't think I have any issues with my memory, nothing big at the very least, yet I can't seem to get any good place down in my head.

Anyone got some idiot-proof steps on how to build one? I've been thinking it's more than necessary if I want to progress on my tulpa and keep her happy.

Creating a wonderland is as simple as imagining a place in your mind. It doesn't need to be extremely detailed on the first visit, so you can think about adding those later on if you don't feel comfortable with it. If you're looking for consistency, I'd recommend writing down what your wonderland looks like and any changes that you've made so that you have a reference - after some time, you probably won't have to use that as a crutch. Keep in mind that wonderlands are completely optional, however, and that you don't need one to make progress with your tulpa.

Thanks! And yeah, I guess I have been focusing too hard on the details, trying to make a fully livable place in one go. Will my tulpa be okay if I start building a half-finished Wonderland? Like, I'm sure she has some other place to stay dormant when I'm not actively forcing, like how things are right now without a Wonderland.

I don't see why she wouldn't be okay if you went ahead and did that. Try not to worry about it too much.

When you say "I've never been able to solidify one..." "I never have a constant wonderland..." my first thought is to ask how long you've tried. Don't answer that, because though the time spent practicing envisioning a "wonderland" is a factor, it's not a factor for answering your question. Way before I even had a concept for "wonderland" I had created a place to "go to" in my mind. I started with a very simple theme, very easy to picture and return to, and over time it expanded. Adding a tulpa to it, which is a recent adventure for me, just seemed like a natural part of the process.

So, to be more specific, the place i started with was a small hill, with a single tree, surrounded on all sides by fields of wild grain as far as the eye can see. The hill has comfortable, cool, green grass, with some exposed dirt near the tree. The shade is comfortable, but I can step out into the sunlight. I can watch the pattern of the wind moving across the grain, hear it in the leaves above me. This place is pretty solid. Even if all the branches aren't exactly the same, most of the tree is precisely the same. (I imagine your wonderland hasn't been constant because you're so excited about the idea of creating one that you're all over the map adding stuff and your world is growing or filling faster than you can accommodate the newness and so, like drawing blue prints, you've added a room, and have to remove a wall, or add a door, and the eraser as kind of left smudge, and now you have get a new sheet out and translate to the new sheet... It's a process, and you're working it. Yay you.)

So, as far as creating the wonderland, starting simple, having a way to be repetitious, will provide consistency. And, be patient and compassionate to self if you decide to add stuff, or change stuff, because that will happen. And it's okay. You can either say this is new, or, you want this change retroactive to the beginning, and even put a disclaimer in for the sake of the rational part of your brain, "it was here, i just failed to notice it till now." You will find your brain is pretty understanding. Putting it to paper can be fun, and lots of people like doing this, drawing maps and stuff... That doesn't always work for me. (I have an auditory memory, so if I write things down, I wrote them down so I could forget them.) Choose a place you like, that you frequent, and make a virtual copy of it. A place you're most comfortable and able to draw on details from memories. I chose my place initially because it was peaceful, and the lone tree made an easy place for me to find again.

As far as the tulpa part, I think you've already read the best response above. Don't worry about the world being perfect. Most things aren't. The activity of creating, expanding, and or repairing areas in the wonderland will become a mutually, fun activity, that may also help solidify the relationship. (That seems to have added to my inner dialogue, at least.)

Oh, and if you're open to this... If your mind has enough power to create tulpa's (and it does, as demonstrated by your ability to write and think and use language,) I would recommend eliminating words like "never" as absolutes tend to have power, too. You can say, "I have yet to solidify..." but never? Never is a long time, and kind of final.
