Sleep Deprivation effects on tulpaforcing

Mmmk, after a brief perusing of the research forum, I (surprisingly) could not find a thread on possible effects of being sleep deprived on tulpaforcing. I'll be pulling another all-nighter, so I figured, "Hell, why not?" Results will be posted later today.

Any other people with tulpaforcing experiences while sleep deprived, go ahead and post them here.

Well, I pulled an all-nighter and forced like 2 days ago. I had a nightmare of my tulpa getting mutilated.

And I tested again when I was very tired. Another nightmare.

Forcing while not having any sleep leads to nightmares, well atleast for me. I find the nightmares very sad and I wake up in tears usually. A sense of panic usually follows, too.

The nightmares can be traumatic for the tulpa, Ping. Be careful.

Haha, but seriously. It usually involves your tulpa dying. It could fuck 'em up.

I dunnu. Last time I had nightmares while forcing (overheating, not sleep deprivation) weird shit started happening to my wonderland, but not my tulpa. Nothing seems to have been permanently damaged either.

But, of course, that's different. I'll keep what you said in mind, and if anything starts heading the wrong way I'll just jump out as fast as I can.

If you get a sort of "falling" sensation, stop immediatly. Your in danger of falling asleep. I believe ThatOneGuys's tupper "Claire" said that falling asleep while forcing "Is like the Holocaust."

I found that the less sleep I have the harder it is to get anywhere in terms of progression. Usually the longer I'm up my ability to spend any prolonged time with my tulpa drops because I'm to tired to focus.

feel free to say something to me even if it is not nice I don't mind.

Mmmkay. I did this just a little bit ago (24 hours without sleep. Yes, I'm aware that's actually not too long). Nightmares, man. Wonderland caught on fire, and I'm pretty sure the picnic table I spawned in my world grew legs and tried to run away from me. Avoided seeing my tulpa and came out immediately. Narrating to my tulpa now. Getting sensation like everything's fine.

So, sleep deprivation is bad. I'm taking a nap now.
