When one tries to have their tulpa do their work for them

On the actual topic, in my system, as a general rule, whoever is on for the day has to do the work for the day. We do try to balance it out, though we are kind of a system of people who will try to do all the work themselves (not sharing it) until they break apart completely and then can't do much of anything for long periods. It all gets complicated since whoever is in control of the body at a given time, for the most part, can keep others from controlling it. The exception is Tri, who can pretty much take control from anyone when they desire to except if something makes the person stuck in which case a swap can't be done even if both of them work together. Yes, we are a system where the strongest members members, in order, are tulpa, split (host), split (host), and the original (me).

Hm... How did this arrangement first come to be? Did the host want you guys to start doing the work as soon as you were all made?
