Tulpa harming others?

OK, it's a long story I'll try to make short.  Yes, this is the short version!

 

I started dating a woman about a month ago, and well, it turns out she's my twin flame soul mate (if you buy into that, great, if not, pretend I just said soul mate).  I feel her thoughts, dreams, emotions...the connection is surreal.

 

After we started dating I started feeling as if something was trying to stop us from being together.  As we started getting closer the feelings got stronger and more...negative.  I started feeling anxiety when there was no reason and fearing our relationship was about to end.

 

The first night I spent at her place, she informs me that an ex has a tulpa/servitor/thoughtform that enjoys visiting her.  She said it was harmless, but to be aware.  Well, that night, moments after I fell asleep I woke up in a panic...but it subsided quickly.  Then a feeling of dread came over me and it took some time before I made a protective bubble over us, then it went away.

 

I ended up proposing last Wednesday and on Monday morning (our first night together after the prior incident) we were "attacked" by something.  I was lying in bed with her with ear plugs in, but awake, when I heard a weird popping kind of noise.  I looked at her, she at me, and asked me if I had heard it.  Apparently some sort of entity slapped her on the shoulder.  That was exactly where I heard the noise.  About a half hour later my arm started hurting and I noticed a rough scrape on my arm.  I don't think I did it, but it's possible...however, the slap was real.

 

Then when I thought more on this subject, I realized, at every turn where are relationship was at a cross roads, something "attacked" me to some degree.

 

She has confronted the ex and he claims ignorance, which is apparently par for the course, and he may be lying.  So, I am not sure it's him, but there is obviously something trying to interfere with us.

 

Does this sound like the work of a tulpa?  And regardless of the answer, is there anything we can do to stop this?  

 

I've already taken the basic precautions around the house and when the feeling comes over me I immediately strengthen the field around me and the feeling goes away immediately.  However, it's taking a toll on me, I feel drained all of the time.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

Just FYI, this isn't really related to tulpamancy as we know it here. Energy beings capable of interacting with others than those who created them are a metaphysical topic, and pretty different from what we call a tulpa. But yeah, that sounds like something not good, especially if it hurt your girlfriend too and not just you. That's no kind of astral guardian I could think of, which is the only "good" type of entity akin to what you suggested I could think of.

 

Sorry I can't find exact articles, but http://www.erinpavlina.com/blog/archives/ I learned a ton about... everything from Erin's site. I think a lot of her advice on how to protect yourself both from malicious spirits and in the astral realm could help you, based on that "protective bubble" comment. Maybe you can click on the categories in the bottom right, but those are hard to sift through (a lot of good information on her site is from many years ago - scroll through the whole archive if you like, or click the categories and page back through them). If you're willing to look through the site I am 100% sure you will find things to help you. Honestly, her entire site should be extremely helpful to someone of your mentality with energy/entities and the like.

 

I know it sure doesn't sound like it lol, but I don't primarily believe in any of that, my beliefs are very logic and science based. But science says not to assume anything isn't the case without proof, so I've familiarized myself with a branch of new age spirituality I liked, and it helped me a lot with just thinking more positively and becoming a humanitarian. But it should help with paranormal/supernatural/metaphysical things too.

You should work on warding. This is as simple as charging objects with energy and intent. Small charms and jewelry are easy items to do this with. You can also place wards on doors (which I would recommend in this case). If you believe that the entity is traveling to you you can ward the doorway as a "filter" of what enters the home.

 

If you feel like it may be something that is there all the time instead of something that travels you should also do banishing. There are multiple banishing rituals but you should read through a few and do what seems the best to you. The intent is to destroy whatever entity is there and disperse it into energy.

I would like to advise you that tulpas are rarely reported to be able to do these sorts of things. You may be better off finding a more spiritual community that also believes in thoughtforms. You will find no expertise here.
