Frosty August 24, 2012 August 24, 2012 16 was the age i got tired of being a fatso. Fun fact, Dance dance revolution did it for me YO! I got tired of it about two years ago, at age 20. I was 315lbs at the time, smoked two packs a day, could barely walk up a flight of stairs and I couldn't curl 20lbs if my life depended on it. Now I'm 210-215 lbs and pretty jacked. Diet and exercise yo. I was 315lbs at the time, smoked two packs a day, could barely walk up a flight of stairs and I couldn't curl 20lbs if my life depended on it. Now I'm 210-215 lbs and pretty jacked. MisterTelecaster August 25, 2012 August 25, 2012 Just try to stay away from unhealthy foods, and cut back on your portion sizes a little bit at a time, so instead of going from lots/American portions of food to much much less, go down just a little bit at a time. And try to eat slowly, and you'll likely feel full before you normally would. And regular exercise on top of that. Maybe you can't do a good situp now, but keep doing them anyway, they'll get better with time and practice. And try running too, if you can, running is a great workout, but make sure you stretch before and after 5' 9" Formerly 230 lbs Currently 155 Ban me if I ever mention Telecasters again.
