If you want advice on losing weight, I can help.

 

I'll just warn you that losing weight is probably just as hard or harder than making a tupper. And it takes probably twice as long.

16 was the age i got tired of being a fatso.

I got tired of it about two years ago, at age 20. I was 315lbs at the time, smoked two packs a day, could barely walk up a flight of stairs and I couldn't curl 20lbs if my life depended on it.

 

Now I'm 210-215 lbs and pretty jacked. Diet and exercise yo.

I got tired of it about two years ago, at age 20. I was 315lbs at the time, smoked two packs a day, could barely walk up a flight of stairs and I couldn't curl 20lbs if my life depended on it.

 

Now I'm 210-215 lbs and pretty jacked. Diet and exercise yo.

What I've gathered:

Time: 2 hours(probably)

Just try to stay away from unhealthy foods, and cut back on your portion sizes a little bit at a time, so instead of going from lots/American portions of food to much much less, go down just a little bit at a time. And try to eat slowly, and you'll likely feel full before you normally would.

 

And regular exercise on top of that. Maybe you can't do a good situp now, but keep doing them anyway, they'll get better with time and practice. And try running too, if you can, running is a great workout, but make sure you stretch before and after

I'm kinda working on eating better. Today I learned how delicious tomato and lettuce is when that and a little piece of meat is in a sandwhich(I'll have lettuce and tomato alot, but this is just ham lettuce and a big slice of tomato, damn good)
