I can write up a whole thing of a couple pages worth of advice, I've done it before. However, we'll just start small. Also, keep in mind that losing weight is all on you. You are the one responsible for what you put in your mouth and how much exercise you get. So just like you have the power to make yourself gain weight, you also have the power to make yourself lose weight. But, it's all pointless unless you WANT to change, are both willing and determined to change, and ready to make the required sacrifices.

That said, the way I did it was just to cut out the biggest offenders in my diet first. Mine was soda. Soda is pure sugar in liquid form, after I just cut out soda I probably lost 20lbs in two months.

Others include potato chips, ice cream, pizza, cheesesteaks, grilled cheese, candy, chocolate, any type of cake or pastry such as muffins, cupcakes, eclairs, donuts, etc. Those are pretty much all the obvious junk food items. I'd just try to eliminate those from your diet, and get creative when it comes to finding healthy snacks to replace them with.

After you can manage going without those for a couple months, you can start cutting out other unhealthy stuff, and believe me, there is a lot of stuff that people eat that isn't junk food per say, but is really fattening and people don't even realize it, like bread and orange juice.

Also, try to not eat three or four bigger meals a day. Eat something every two-three hours, but make whatever it is you decide to eat only about as big as your balled-up fist. This will shrink your stomach and keep your metabolism up, but I have to warn you that getting used to it is a bit tough at first.

Want an incentive to get out an exercise? Exercise, especially cardio, is not only great for weight loss, but doing cardio also has some other benefits which will help with tulpaforcing.

1. It tires you out and burns up excess energy, which will help you get into a relaxed state easier.

2. Exercising releases endorphins in the brain which reduce stress and elevate your mood.

I've found that doing cardio an hour or two before forcing makes forcing sessions a lot easier.

I could keep going, but there's no point in bombarding you with too much information at this point. Try to focus on cutting out junk food, eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day, and getting in at least 15-30 minutes of some type of exercise a day. Or every other day at least. If you can just do that, you will see some pretty nice results in the next 2-3 months.

I think I can work on smaller portions, and I don't really eat donuts so I'll push those aside, excercise will be hard seeming that school is in one week. Other than those, I'm pretty sure if I can get the balls rolling, it will start.

What I've gathered:

Gender: female

Name: Haruka(japanese for explained reasons)

Time: 2 hours(probably)

Is it even possible for a blogging thread to go "off-track" if the OP himself participates in said off-track discussion?

I am going to start writing a shitty movie script. I will write it in hopes of Haruka helping me though she may not be here at all, but if I keep believing, she might show up.

Wish me luck please for I may not be on the forums for a while.

Welcome back, man. I missed you~

My opinions are all subject to change.

I certainly did. No imposition or possession yet, but that's just due to my being lazy. Good luck with your future tulpa endeavors, man. It's cool to see you're back.
