If you are on windows, go into services, scroll down to windows update, right click, properties, and set startup type to disabled. Apply. This will prevent your computer from shutting down automatically most of the time if it is new. Reverse the process after the video.

Don't try this at home. I took a break around 1 hour and 53 minutes, or so, and then went back in to resume the rest of the session. Was shooting for 5 hours, but when you lose control of your hand, and it goes around like some kind of disembodied entity pounding on the bed repeatedly, along with speaking like you're a madman on cocaine in the latter portion of those 4 hours, it might be a good idea to stop as soon as you can.

Don't let the name fool you. It's some concept in an e-book that basically is an advanced form of image streaming in which you stream, or rather, describe and sense physical objects, and then passively acknowledge mental images in your head that you describe after describing the physical object in one, or a few sensory descriptions. In other words, you physically stream then image streaming then physical, then image, etc.

I only did it for 45 minutes, but could've went longer. I took a nap today, and might try to go more than one hour, or even two hours, if possible. I'm starting to get some interesting ideas, and might create a guide in the future. But, it may be a more advanced version of the image streaming guide I created, as I would heavily recommend having foundations with image streaming first. I remember a few days ago with that 4 hours thing with advanced image streaming, I couldn't stop laughing every now and then, and would have insane amounts of energy. It dissipated, eventually, but with this concept I'm trying out, it seems to help hold together that stimulation so one doesn't going maniac during the process.
