solarchariot June 12, 2017 June 12, 2017 I suppose this question goes out to experienced hosts... I am experiencing increased absent mindedness, like not taking cell phone, missing the exit I wanted to take due to conversations... May I assume this gets easier with practice?
Luminesce June 12, 2017 June 12, 2017 If you're just starting to talk to your tulpa more or something, sure. Especially if imposing. Assuming that's a new thing related to your tulpamancing. Otherwise, practicing mindfulness (meaningless word) ie remembering to specifically think about what you're doing periodically can help with that stuff a lot. If it's tulpas distracting you, all there is for it is to get used to it, or spend time with them in more appropriate environments. I would say casually walking around imposing my tulpas (not necessarily multiple at once..) got a lot easier with time, and they don't distract me too much from whatever else I'm doing. As in, maybe while driving in a crowded area I wouldn't keep them imposed in the passenger seat for example, but in any less brainpower-requiring activities they're not distracting enough to impact my experience no. Though I will say they tend to fade out a bit if I'm watching a movie or something, so I have to re-pay attention to them periodically, but I couldn't see it being the reverse where they distracted me from what was going on in the real world. Hi! I'm Lumi, host of Reisen, Tewi, Flandre and Lucilyn. Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature. My tulpas and I have a Q&A thread, which was the first (and largest) of its kind. Feel free to ask us about tulpamancy stuff there.
tulpa001 June 13, 2017 June 13, 2017 My host has experienced the opposite. Though I seem to be improbably, even more absent minded, and am a little out of it a lot of the time, we have two people thinking about everything. Even with her becoming lazy and complacent, we are netting a better memory. Host comments in italics. Tulpa's log. Tulpa's guide.
