It's likely parroting, or your brain simply imagining movement. Perhaps I'm an exception, but when normally visualizing someone I see them moving about impatiently or walking around, so it's most likely coming from your subconscious, but not your tulpa. Although it is possible to gain a sentient tulpa early on (as early as the 7 hour mark), I'd be very hesitant to say it's feasible for a tulpa to become sentient in 3 hours. And 30 minutes a day is sufficient enough to make a tulpa, but it's the least amount of time you can really put into tulpaforcing, and it'll take you twice as long to make your tulpa. I'm sure she would be very happy if you managed an hour or more a day, showing that you really care about her.

I see. ok thanks, i'll try and do that and ignore it/assume it's normal for the time being,

When I was three hours in, my tupper didn't even have a form.

The THE SUBCONCIOUS ochinchin occultists frt.sys (except Roswell because he doesn't want to be a part of it)

I'm 7:00 hours in, and the only concrete results that have come out of my unique approach is that I can no longer smash my tulpa with my hammer, out of the love that has developed. My brain has connected that Shin is a real person through my approach. Also he was asleep in his bed once and I didn't do that. If you have no idea what I am talking about, read my progress report. You have a female tulpa, so I probably wouldn't go hitting her with an obsidian war hammer you named "The Meat Mallet" like I did.

My opinions are all subject to change.
