I remember seeing a topic on essence manipulation a while back, but that got me thinking about what happened to Saria that she decided to break up with me. As far as we can tell, and after piecing together everyone's memories of the event, an unknown quantity of essence got unbound and was threatening to destroy me psychologically, so Saria volunteered to absorb it into her like some kind of tulpa Jesus, which had the effect of stabilizing things to where I was no longer in danger.

Apparently playing with essence is highly dangerous and can destroy one psychologically if they aren't careful. I was wondering if this does indeed have something to do with essences, and if so, if there is a way to reverse it and reabsorb the essence into myself.

My progress report

Are you going to resurrect Saria or are you worried about that unknown essence? I am sure that both things are possible. But this adventure goes beyond tulpae territory stepping into clinical psychology land as I think.

Working with essence?

Sounds like my cup of tea.

Do you have a list of to do and what not to do?

You know, to avoid the potential psychological destruction.

I am quite interested in learning from your experiences.

I feel like the essence bluesleeves is discussing would be more symbolic than physical. Quite possibly was different than whatever it was that was going to destroy you and more just a word to describe the feeling you get when you are around a friend. I guess you could say there could be a metaphysical true 'essence' you don't want to mess with so much.

This seems like the kind of thing you could ask Saria about though, and kind of figure out a way to do it safely. I mean she is the one who holds it now, whatever it is.
