Flexionsensor May 15, 2013 May 15, 2013 I would assume by having constant therapy-esque discussions, but I could be wrong. "DUDE! That's wrong! You don't do that! That's like giving a kid a knife and telling him that it's a neck massager!" Shameless self promotion!
ValiantSwordfish May 15, 2013 May 15, 2013 I actually just wrote a bit of an article on tulpa and phobia/panic attacks, if you would like to read through it. you can find it at valiantswordfish.tumblr.com
Tulpony May 15, 2013 May 15, 2013 I was wondering this myself a while back. If the tulpa has strong enough tactile and/or visual imposition, or if the host can immerse themselves deep enough in the wonderland, the tulpa could help them through "exposure" therapy in the safest environment possible by just imposing the thing.
ValiantSwordfish May 15, 2013 May 15, 2013 That would be an interesting way to go through exposure therapy. Valid, I would think, but probably not that much different than visualized exposure therapy. Also, should probably put a link to the article itself, so no one'll have to dig for it http://valiantswordfish.tumblr.com/post/50468052106/day-243-dont-panic-you-are-never-alone-tulpas-and What would probably be useful regarding imposition would be an imposed tulpa accompanying one during a panic event
