Why did all of my Tulpas randomly disappear?

Forcing doesn't cause something like that, arguably forcing minimizes it. You could just not focus on his responses yet and focus on talking to him, he'll respond when he's ready.

That's a good idea, but what I'm afraid of is me gaining the ability to control his actions like a Servitor when I'm forcing him. That's how it ended with another Clefairy Tulpa I had.

 

You had a lot of "Tulpas", my guess is none of them were able to develop and become independent.

 

Just like Piano said, go ahead and start from square 1. Focus on just Clefairy, and soon he will develop on his own. As you expose Clefairy to new ideas, he will soon decide for himself who he wants to be.

I noticed that my own thought-forms tend to temporarily disappear whenever I talk about them too much with other people. Emphasis on "temporarily" - they always come back, even if it takes awhile.

It's probably just spikes of doubt, in my case it would be because it goes against corroboration.
