Well, I recall him derailing threads all the time, so I imagine he simply did more harm than good. I don't see what's really preventing him from setting up a tumblr or website to host and update his media however.

He did contribute a lot, but he also broke a ton of forum rules all the time. Because he contributed so much is why it took so long for him to be banned when he was continuing to break rules and be rude to newcomers. I like the fellow, but he really was just going too far.

I love how this place is a "circlejerk", actually. The forms and methods that people come up with never ceases to astound me. The wealth of differing opinions here spur fantastic conversations, imo. Tulpa in general astound me, for that matter.

 

And to somewhat get this thread back on track, I can visualize Glass somewhere between "general idea" and "some details", and we have conversions all the time. You can have a tulpa thats nothing but a formless voice, if you want to. (sorry, my phone wouldnt let me quote who was wondering that)

Redditfags? Are you kidding? I knew it was bad enough that we were "recruiting" on /mlp/, but did we seriously go to that shithole to get new members? If that's true, it would explain all the underage I see festering around here.

Well since 99% of /mlp/ is composed of equstria daily redditfags I'm really not surprised at all. /mlp/, or really a lot of 4chan is really just like remote land that reddit owns.

It's a good answer for why so many people don't really care about the creation process as much as just having an imaginary horse to fuck though. Not that's I'm pointing fingers.

You can have short sessions (20-40 mins) as long as they add up to the desired amount of time. Hell, even a quarter hour long sessions should be fine.

If you find it hard to keep yourself motivated, and there are enough boring moments in your day, have sessions during those. You can visualise while waiting for something or during breaktime.

It's an acknowledged fact that the internet is an infinite source of brain-cell-killing entertainment and distraction. If you're a basement-dwelling internet addict, and that's the reason you can't give your tulpa enough time, then reconsider your values. If you find your tulpa to be more important that your entertainment, but your will is too weak to let you unglue the eyes from the screen, take a large sledgehammer and smash the wi-fi router or DSL modem or whatever, grab the computer and throw it out— wait, that wouldn't be very effective in a basement, and there would probably be no windows anyway. Never mind, use the hammer to take care of it too. Don't spare even your smartphone, and replace it with something that can't connect to the internet.

And remember that talking to your tulpa is probably more important than visualising.

 

By the way, I find it uncanny that Fede, even in his absence, still manages to derail threads. Well, I guess when the mind is empty, it can easily accommodate the mind of Fede.

This is no place for such a discussion. If you want to complain, there's the PM system. If you feel an irresistible urge to vent your beefs about the decisions of the forum team in public, then you try the off-topic board, but don't expect much acceptance there either.

No I'm not addicted to my computer. I wake up at 8am, go to work, and get back home at 10:30-11:00pm. I don't even own a cell phone. But I love the way you think. I can't believe that my thread went off track just by mentioning the Fede guy either.

 

Anyway, I will take your advice. I could spend less time on the computer and when I do have a slight pause in the day, I should try visualizing. I guess I'm just really excited to actually see her, and it seems that may be the last thing that happens in her creation.
