Guest Anonymous September 26, 2012 September 26, 2012 I've already told my two closest friends about Sophie, even though she isn't sentient yet. Mainly because I know that they'll find it strange and somewhat creepy--and they did--and I've figured out their psychology well enough that it's better I tell them what a tulpa is and that I'm trying, but that I'm making no progress (lies). If I were to tell them about Sophie once she's completely sentient, it would've been harder for them to consider me sane, in all honesty. I wouldn't dare tell my super-conservative parents, nor my super-weeaboo sister who would probably make some goddamn Kakashi tulpa or something.
Guest Anonymous September 26, 2012 September 26, 2012 My parents already think I'm the 'different one' because of my discovery of lucid dreaming. They'd definately ban me from electronics for a looooooong time, maybe even until I'm in collage if they were to find out about my visits to here and other places too. O.o
PsychedelicDiamond September 27, 2012 September 27, 2012 There's just that moment in a mans life when he realises that, from an objective viewpoint, he's talking to himself, trying to create a female anthropomorphic snow-leopard in his mind because of an ancient buddhist meditation technique he found on a site about a cartoon with pastel colored ponies, for no other reason than a lack of company. and to find out if it actually works. And in a moment like that he can't help but to wonder just what the heck is wrong with him.
Josh September 27, 2012 September 27, 2012 female anthropomorphic snow-leopard "Ooh, She sounds pretty!"
PsychedelicDiamond September 27, 2012 September 27, 2012 "Ooh, She sounds pretty!" Heh, good one... Wait, i don't get it.
intelhunter September 27, 2012 September 27, 2012 i have seen a real snow leopard. It was awesome. i also saw lions that day, they were like four meters away from me! only a inch of glass seperated us. lions are cute, so are snowleopards. Ayo grill how you be?

It was awesome. i also saw lions that day, they were like four meters away from me! only a inch of glass seperated us. lions are cute, so are snowleopards. Oh, i like cats. Period. But to be honest it was kind of a coincidence that i decided on that form. First i was planning to base her on a kinda embarassing celebrity crush of mine (and no, i'm not gonna tell you more about it) until i realized that a human would be rather unoriginal. So might as well try to visualize something that you don't see in real life. And so i remembered that one picture of a anthro leopard i still had floating around on my PC and thought "sure, why not?". "I read your tulpa's description, and immediately thought of something like this. (Read: pretty) :)" Ah, i see. it's this picture i'm basing her appearance on. I'm not even much of a furry, i just always found it, well... yeah, pretty. ^^ Oh, by the way, are doublepost an issue? If so, i'm very sorry. Ah, so the forum combines the posts automatically. Clever.
intelhunter September 27, 2012 September 27, 2012 [An implication that humans are non original] >are you kidding? Not to bash at you or anything, but there are a lot of ponies here. A lot. But kudos for creating something no one else has made(i think) yet tho. Ayo grill how you be?
Josh September 27, 2012 September 27, 2012 But kudos for creating something no one else has made(i think) yet tho. "Though I will admit that I personally find humans and ponies a bit....boring, in the end originality shouldn't even cross your mind when creating a tulpa. You aren't doing this for other people, so why care what they think of you being 'cool' or 'original'? It's rather silly."
