i have intrussive thoughts of bad tulpas harming my original tulpa, i tried very hard to keep those intrussive thoughts away, but my last question is, can a mind (with Pure o OCD) create tulpas from intrussive thoughts automatically from constant overthinking?

They wouldn't technically be tulpas because tulpas are intentional, though they could be some kind of intrusive thoughtforms. I've seen people on here who have been able to "tame" these thoughtforms into more or less functional tulpas, but I've seen far more people suffer mentally and emotionally because of it. In general I think if a person struggles that much with intrusive thoughts and unintentional thoughtforms, then tulpamancy isn't for that person. Hope I phrased this in a way that makes sense.

You mentioned that question here as well, I don't think there's much else I can add other than it's probably best to seek professional help.

 

As for stopping tulpa creation- I think this would be a good idea. You can always come back to creation later, and if you gain medical treatment, tulpamancy will be easier. I highly recommend tulpamancers with mental health conditions gain a medical safety net or support system, mental health combined with tulpamancy creates unique challenges that tulpamancers on the internet are not equipped to help with. After making progress with our therapist, we have had a better experience with tulpamancy overall.
