Yeah, like Josh already said I'd stay away from hour counts. They'll screw you up.

 

And don't force for more than three hours a day, you'll wear yourself out. Instead I would keep it to about an hour and work more on narration. But do whatever you feel works best for you, that's a pretty big thing here.

I don't really have an idea of when things should happen. Like "A tulpa should become vocal around x hours of forcing" I just like to keep my "score"

regular day. Realized I needed to make her a bit taller. She was almost as small as a child! But I'd say height is normal now. The overall image is gradually coming together. I would equate it to folding back up a burrito that has fallen.

 

12 hours

Visualized for 30 minutes today and did what I guess I could call watching Silence of the Lambs with her.

 

A good thing about tulpas, they can't leave a movie date when you show them a serial killer flick in fear of you chopping them up and eating them!
