see just a few books about it on amazon, which is the best one for beginners to gain knowledge what it is, how it works, etc.... ?

Tulpa.info has the best information you are going to get.

 

I second this.

Any book written on it will probably just have the perspective one one person, and their experience.

Tulpa.info his a collaboration of people with their own tulpae, who can each give you a different story.

 

Either way, there is nothing you could learn about tulpae in a book, that you couldn't here.
