During imposition have any of you stopped feeling your tulpa's presence? I've been working on it lately and often whenever I try to imagine Alexandra walking around or whatever I lose that feeling and it keeps throwing me off.

I did have that probably sometimes. I felt like I had to go 'find' him sorta. When he was around, I would just try and keep him as engaged as possible in whatever I was doing, and he would stick around longer and wouldn't duck out of my feelsradar.

This happens to anyone. Concentration is the key.

Imposition a lot about learning how to keep it up with the lowest focus possible.

What me helped a lot is not to think that she is actually gone, when i lost focus, but that she is still there and i'm just not "tuned in".

If you make a bad/guilty feeling out of it, only punishes you for no reason.

So don't do that. :P

Also you could write letters on you thumb (like "RI" - remember imposition. Don't draw symbols or dots on you thumb, letters want to be read and "jump into your eye" way better if you see them slightly) that reminds you to give a stimulus more frequent to keep imposition up.

I'm doing that since about 2 months and imposition takes about no effort anymore.

Though i still need to give a stimulus 2-3 times a day if she's around me the whole day.

But sometimes she's simply not there, having private time. You should also consider that Tulpae have that too.

They say great science is built on the shoulders of giants - not here.

At Tulpa.info we do all our science from scratch; no hand holding.
