fastboy25 October 4, 2012 October 4, 2012 Hello! I need to know how to keep my concentration so I can force for longer periods, I need to, there's something me and Purity are working on and we need to have longer forcing sessions, but I keep on losing the image in my mind after a period so I have to stop and keep on trying. I feel that if I could keep the image in my mind longer the mental stress would be less. Any tips?
Koji October 4, 2012 October 4, 2012 Just keep forcing, great concentration comes with time. Also,do some meditative exercises. There are a couple good ones in the Guides section. http://tulpa.info/forums/Thread-Koji-and-Catelyn-Of-Deserts-and-Snowmen

fennecfoxx October 4, 2012 October 4, 2012 I find that binaural beats, isochronic tones, and music (particularly without lyrics) can all help with concentration. Deluded myself into believing my imaginary friends were real, then deluded myself into thinking they weren’t. Melloweta October 9, 2012 October 9, 2012 Sometimes I force in the shower, it's more relaxing and it helps with concentration a lot for me. Name:Relou Form:Pokemon,Meloetta
Chupi October 9, 2012 October 9, 2012 Quiet, soothing music helped me earlier on. Meditation helps, though simply forcing in a relaxed state is basically meditation in itself. Perhaps try the dot exercise too ( http://tulpa.info/guides/concentration_exercise.html ). Most importantly just stick with it and don't get too discouraged or frustrated. It improves with time. Aarix October 9, 2012 October 9, 2012 In the same boat....sit and just focus on nothing. Focus like you never have in your life, if you get a though, shoo it off, stay focused on nothing. Think of nothing as something, its hard to explain, but give it time and discipline Progress report "You'll have a Tulpa because you didn't give up" -Koomer
