XYLag November 20, 2012 November 20, 2012 I went out for the weekend, and I tried to force for a while, but I found myself unable to do it, just too distracted or something... So, how do you guys manage to force when you are not in your home, or confort zone....you get the idea. Any help you can give me? See ya!
motorheadlk November 20, 2012 November 20, 2012 Try some of the tones and everytime you perceive that you're thinking shit, get back to tulpaforcing. It has helped me to actually be able to block intrusive thoughts much better. For example, my mind could drift from thought to thought and I would end always following one to some extent, this extent however would decrease the more time I stayed forcing, so near the end of the session I was able to actually follow the thought to only a short period and get back to tulpaforcing really sooner. I'm brazilian and my english is not really good, I'll do every mistake you imagine, but I'll try to avoid them. Tulpa: Kuruminha Age: Began on the middle of october. Form: My avatar. Viceroy November 20, 2012 November 20, 2012 I find it more difficult to force at home because there are more things to distract me and take my time. When I want to do some meditating or study, in the past I have always gone out to eat or get some coffee and just hang for 1-2 hours. I think I'm going to keep this routine and tulpaforce.
legacysouthpaw November 20, 2012 November 20, 2012 Normally I am really tired in the morning's and have busy day's, at night I can't sleep very well so I end up staying up forcing. It's really nice at night because it's quiet and everyone is sleeping so I have a very slim chance of being bothered and forcing at night just seems to work for me.
XYLag November 21, 2012 Author November 21, 2012 well I tried a few times with beats and fell asleep, although I went into a semi-lucd dreaming state, where Sakura constantly appeared and tried to drag my lazy ass back into the wonderland See ya!
Koji November 21, 2012 November 21, 2012 Honestly, practice is the best remedy. Just force as you normally would, but do "blank" forces, where you just focus on your connection to your tulpae, and what that feels like. While doing this, you should be in a more conscious state of mind, and intrusive thoughts should be easier to find, and eliminate. http://tulpa.info/forums/Thread-Koji-and-Catelyn-Of-Deserts-and-Snowmen
anckoh November 25, 2012 November 25, 2012 I always use the lake and island method that appears in this guide to clear my thoughts
