Lolimancer November 28, 2012 November 28, 2012 Getting rid of compulsive thoughts and fears? Get some meditation going (fagets). EDIT: To be more precise, i think it's perfectly normal to begin perceiving weird stuff coming from the subconscious as an effect of tulpaforcing, like voices that don't feel like you or stuff that moves without your conscious input and stuff. That is because, i think, the mind is inherently dissociated, and paying attention to one's mind makes it more self-evident and therefore confusing. Attention tends to be given to those confusing signs, and so new tuppers are born from mere thoughtforms. Ignoring things is your best option if you don't want those things to become stronger and eventually take place in your mind as a separate consciousness. Just my two cents.
Lukenstein3D November 28, 2012 November 28, 2012 Ha, I go for a long walk, come back and lay down and Tom and Wicker are talking to a whole new tulpa :I ”Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right.” - Henry Ford
Riku Aotsuki November 30, 2012 November 30, 2012 Well, Kai I made on purpose, and we agreed that I should make another. I planned on making it AFTER he was imposed. I was thinking of making a character I made a while back into one. Apparently she liked the idea, because Kaia walked up to me, swore at me, and slapped me across the face for attempting to wait. Hah...
MrCrazy January 2, 2013 Author January 2, 2013 DAMNIT MAN!!! I hate when people bring this up because it always brings back the fear that I may already have another one coming... which I don't want! >.< Also, suggestions on how to get rid of said thought? OK, from the information i've learned from teh internets, and from other members on this forum, try ignoring the intrusive thought (in your case the idea that another tupper is emerging.) Not like actively opposing the thought, (because then you're putting emphasis on the thought and making it stronger) but just sort of, ignoring it, you know? This may or may not help. Hopefully it will!
GuessWho January 2, 2013 January 2, 2013 I didn't want to avoid making a tulpa, but she did come up ahead of schedule. My subconscious designed her appearance and wonderland before I even started forcing, so forcing was just like more clearly defining what was already there.
