If this new tulpa has the same name and form, instead of dissipating them, why not ask them to change their form?

I had a second Tulpa show up. She stuck around for a bit, then left of her own accord. Not sure if it was/is at all unpleasant for her.

ok, so i dont have a tulpa, but one time, i just had this picture of a really scary monster thing AND I WAS HORRIFIED BECAUSE I COULDNT SLEEP AND IT WAS STUCK IN MY MIND! i tried my best to not think of it, but i couldn't even go to the bathroom at night. i was so scared of this, this THING IN MY MIND i just jumped back in bed trembling. after a while of torture and (mental) pain i kinda forgot it and stuff. but now i cant really play my fav games like resident evil. so i did some visuaalizing and pretended i was in some random wonderland with a shotgun, and BOOM HEADSHOT! i shot that thing out of my memory! (pretty epic if u li,e call of duty right :D. what i think that happens is if you assosiate somthing as dead or locked up in a jail cell, it is 'erased' from your memory faster

anyway thats all. i actually plan to make a tulpa named (insert cool tulpa name here) soon.

well bai

im not sure if thats cruel or not (depending if you play violent games like call of duty or skyrim)

if thats too cruel, try locking it in an imagenary jail cell, throw away the key and(if you can stand it and it is not a scary zombie mutant) say a goodbye and show affection so it will go down knowing it is loved by its creator but it needs to go. remember, getting rid of tuplae is like getting rid of a real life child (if again you care about the tulpa)

My brain is twice the size of yours. Deal with it.

Well, the other members did say it only hurts them if you believe it to do so. Also it'll barely have had any sentience, if even at all. It's pretty much gone by now anyway.

Whatever it was, it did nothing wrong, so it didn't really deserve to be locked up or anything. Which was why I put it to sleep instead.

I guess since it was so underdeveloped it's dissipation was akin to abortion maybe?
