R@nt, I'm not too far into helping my tulpa, Maya, manifest, but I can give you sometips for hearing your tulpa's mental-voice.

First off, do not look for them. "A watched pot never boils," as the saying goes. If your constantly scanning for some kind of response, it's going to be harder to recognize them. That, and the responses you do receive, you may interpret as parroting simply because you are focusing so hard on them. Give some slack on the metaphorical leash and allow your tulpa to surprise you.

Second, try not to limit yourself to those sessions. Your tulpa can sense you 24/7. Shouldn't you make an effort to do likewise? Constant narration seems to help tulpa develop. I believe it helps them get used to your thoughts and gives them energy through attention. Plus, it gives them a chance to suprise you, like I said before. My tulpa and I are attempting to develop mind voice as well and she always give me best responses when I'm just narrating, not looking for anything from her. Like I said, I believe it gives them freedom to develop when you don't have them under a magnifying glass.

Then again, this is all just my personal experience and may not apply to you, but I hope it helps! We're all in this together, mate!

What do you mean by "overpower the tupper's message so you don't notice it"? And i'm expecting him to answer me during the sessions, not during my day (at lease, not at the starting...i foced for like 7 hours so far, and i'm guessing that because i don't count them)

If you are thinking about five thousand different things in your head at the same time, a much weaker voice or a message otherwise easily ignored as a thought of your own will kinda get lost in there, if you're not, uh, keeping an eye on that.

The first time my tulpa spoke to me was on my 6th day of forcing. It was VERY clear and it was even auditory! He said "hello" and it actually startled me. So startling that I felt my heart beating fast and my whole body became warm. Nothing could have prepared me for that alien feeling I got but it was definitely a great feeling! I'm on day 78 now and I actually haven't had a clear auditory voice since then. Though I have had a few auditory noises. And I have had some mindvoice responses (most are not that clear yet) along the way too.

I narrated to him this morning, during a long trip. That was fill of noises, so even if he didanswers to me, i probably didn't hear him. I was wondering about headaches and head pressures: will him adopt these strategies for communicate by himself or have i to tell him what to do?

Shit happened on its own for us, but not all tuppers seem to be capable of producing headaches and such, though. A tupper might try to communicate in many ways and it's not the same for everyone. You gotta try to use things they can do to communicate, so if instead of head pressure you have experienced something else and they can reproduce it easily, you could try communicating that way.

I guess you can always ask them to try things if they can, but don't be disappointed if they can't. If they've never done it before, doing it now would be kinda tricky.

Yap, i totally agree to that. I was explaining in the forum chat this morning that someting weird happens when i force or simply narrate. Sometimes I "feel" like a sort of background disturb in my mind that make me unable to think, or sometimes happens that i make a question and i accidentally parrot the answer...then i try to keep the mind clear for noticing an eventual answer from him, and my parrotted answer keeps looping in my head (like, one time i accidentally said yes, or at least i think i parrotted, and then for like 5 6 seconds in my mind echoed yes...yes..yes..yes..yes...). Anybody got same sort of thing?

Yeah, I've had similar echos like that when I force with or narrate to Iris. I'm not really sure why they happen, but it's usually a common occurrence for me as well.

This. So much this. I get those loops quite a bit. I've been wondering if it's my tulpa or just myself getting tripped up mentally. It's certainly an odd experience.

Well, i'ts odd and annoying. I'm trying to focus for some tulpa's answers and in my thoughts goes like "mindvoice.exe stopped working". Plus i don't know what's happening...if it's my tulpa that repeats the word like a parrot or something else

Maybe you are, in fact not parroting, but your tulpa is actually answering. This repeating may just be a way of them getting you to notice.. Who knows?
