To get to the point, though, are you currently keeping up with Vinyl and Jake's case? Check the Progress Report board. Vinyl got addicted to Jake's sexual energy, and when they stopped, it hurt her to the point where she was begging him to kill her.

 

I'll let some other members (or better yet, Jake himself) comment on that, though.

Yes, it is possible. But if you are making a tulpa for the single purpose of sex, I doubt you'll follow through with it. For me, I'm leaving the decision up to my tulpa if she wants to or not. Doesn't really matter much to me.
