bila bila June 3, 2012 June 3, 2012 I was wondering what would happen to a tulpa if the maker was in an accident that made them have amnesia/ go into a coma. I think I would know what would happen if the person went into a coma. It's just like ignoring it really and most people forget how to speak if they have one for long enough so I doubt that the tulpa would still be there. This topic is more centered around the amnesia situation. So I would like some volunteers to participate in this expreiment: What I would like you to do it get into an accident involving hitting your head in the right spot so you get amnesia (I think a car crash would be a good one). Report back here if you don't have your tulpa anymore, if you still remember this site. Otherwise I wil assume that you've forgotten everything or died. Jks (If you didn't realise) but if anyone has some theories they would like to share it would be much appriciated.
Mercurial June 3, 2012 June 3, 2012 Tried this yesterday. Didn't really notice a difference. Um.. what exactly did you try?
Din June 5, 2012 June 5, 2012 He jokes. I'll get to the experiment if I have the time. If I survive, am capable of typing, and have my brain and basic physical functions intact, expect a report in a few years or so. In all seriousness, due to my psychological views of the tulpa phenomenon, I think the tulpa would vanish for the period of the amnesia.
Raetin June 6, 2012 June 6, 2012 What if you lose your memories of your tulpa, but it was still there and you thought it was a real person. I have 10 tulpas, but I'm only actively working on Reah, my first tulpa currently. Progress Report
tulpatalk June 6, 2012 June 6, 2012 What if you lose your memories of your tulpa, but it was still there and you thought it was a real person. So: Tulpa + Anmesia = Schitzophrenia ? [Note: Opinions]

Kadoh August 4, 2012 August 4, 2012 What If said tulpa managed to wake your brain from the induced coma state? And the amnesia is the loss of memories, but people can recover these memories sometimes, the tulpa could just get those memories back, assuming you had granted the tulpa access. My opinions are all subject to change.
