I don't mean like a baby baby. You talk to a baby by speaking clearly, directing your voice at them, giving them your attention, not really going too deeply into stuff like sarcasm or inflexion.

I didn't mean you say nonsense words or giggle at them to make them laugh.

I mean speak simply to them. Direct your speech to them. Make it clear you are speaking to them, and not the air or to yourself. Older people know if you are talking to yourself or if you really mean something and say something else. A young, underdeveloped tulpa doesn't know when you are speaking to it or if you are just talking to the air. If this wasn't the case then they wouldn't be thinking you were talking to them all the time when you spoke.

You could always just turn to polyphasic sleep if you're strapped for time. Using the Dymaxion method, you get over a month and a half of extra free time from normal sleep. Note that that's a month and a half of time spent awake and productive. And then you can just make your tulpaforcing sessions at 2am or so when nobody will bother you. That's what I'm going to do. I have literally no connection to anyone in the outside world, and have never even owned a phone though, so it's not much of a problem for me.

Or you could just cut off all connections with everyone you know, move to the remote forests of Alaska and tulpaforce 23 hours a day like a normal person.

When I talk to my tulpa I always say her name and direct what I say towards her. Its not like I am randomly talking in my head. I call her by her name during conversation so she knows I am talking to her.

Your avatar reassures me that I should definitely be doing that.
