So far ive only done narration, and a slight visual so i can picture her and also the beginning of a wonderland for us but even that was only made by my liking so i dont think it will work with her, but i just feel like im doing it all wrong and i want to restart but i feel so bad just giving up on her. She doesnt speak to me, or even give responses but i know shes there since the day i thought of her so its a hard concept to just stop and start with a new one. they say not to do visualize a tulpa in your head first, but if i dont do that then how do i picture my tulpa without a form
