Linkzelda August 17, 2016 August 17, 2016 Defibing another thread because I'm new and have my own set of opinions and whatnot and want to throw in my 2 cents, and so I'm starting to shorten my posts to save time and reading aside from creating new posts. Tulpas are a part of you, You create them with thought/time/ and energy. they don't die, just re-absorbed energy. You have memories and essence of who/what they are. They can always be brought back. Personally, I would have no guilt in absorption, it's just a re-unification of your own energy. Whenever you have the time, can you check out this thread I made on this similar topic? https://community.tulpa.info/thread-dissipation-the-end-of-a-tulpa-or-the-end-of-the-novelty-behind-them Thanks for responding to some of those threads. Vos August 17, 2016 August 17, 2016 While I don't think that you can ever fully kill a tulpa, or that it would be incredibly difficult to successfully do so, the question of whether or not they're actually the same person when revived is interesting. We don't have any experience with this, but because of some reports from other people who do, I'm leaning towards no. I guess that, if the host and tulpa believe that nothing has really changed, it doesn't matter all that much.
FallFamily August 17, 2016 August 17, 2016 [breach] My system has had a few experiences. The original, S, faded into oblivion for nearly two decades and was brought back entirely by accident. There have been a few thoughtforms who have been remarkably persistent as well. A dormant tulpa who woke up on his own after 3 years. A proto-tulpa of sorts who survived her entire wonderland being absorbed by another with her in it and is still going two years later. Whenever you have the time, can you check out this thread I made on this similar topic? https://community.tulpa.info/thread-dissipation-the-end-of-a-tulpa-or-the-end-of-the-novelty-behind-them Thanks for responding to some of those threads. I think my system should get over there some time due to some experiences we have.
