Linkzelda June 11, 2013 June 11, 2013 I apologize for that Xeare, I admit that I don't know how you usually are on the forums, so my conjecture of who you are was definitely my own fault as well. I had a feeling you were just poking fun, but again, it's hard to shift into that since currently have some vibe that you're a bit more serious than most people on the forums. Anyway, I'm glad you were able to state that to me, and it was just miscommunication on both our ends. It's mostly just a mental barrier I seem to use in trying to see the good in people and not thinking they have militant ambitions of wishing ill to others vs. me not trying to make myself a pushover, that's what happens when I get into analyzing forums and just the Internet in general. -- As for on-topic: It seems I even deluded myself in presuming there is a dark side on the IRC. Like previous posters have stated, there's no surprise there's those groups, but it seems, at least on my rare occasions of popping in, that these "cults" are as rare as groups that have Orange Peeling Fetishes. In some way, echo chambers can be a detriment if there's false information, but in this case for a forum like this that uses conjecture so damn much in hopes to eventually have users with their own definitions of what they learned so far. So yes, people will "echo" concepts that seemingly feel practical, and even though the echoing may not be perfect, I feel that the collaboration itself, and people just realizing they're not going to be right every single time is the best source of progressive evolving with how we theorize tulpa and our attachments to them. Nobillis June 11, 2013 June 11, 2013 "In this guide, I provide my personal opinions of what I've learned and experienced throughout all of this. My experiences alone does not imply that you should follow the guide word for word, but I hope that the content within it shows that you can develop your own sets of principles to live by and always strive to learn more. Take my ideas and concepts as a supplement for your own progress in doing this, and continue to learn from others and analyze the pros and cons." {Nobillis says: Shamelessly stolen to use for a Sig. kerin is most pleased. (And, isn't that an "echo chamber" effect, hehe.)} Please consider supporting Tulpa.info.
