Is it fine if someone just narrates until they can communicate with their tulpa before doing visualization?

Just wondering because I would find visualization alot more fun/easy if I could talk to my tulpa.

Name: Rose

Birth: 9/9/11

Form: Human, brown long hair, blue eyes.

Working on: Visualization and Sentience

If you find it more enjoyable to visualize and communicate through other means, it's best to go with that instead.

All the methods and techniques made by users will presumably lead to the same result, don't feel too restricted on doing one aspect before anything else-- be versatile.

Sure, I see no reason not to. Though it might be easier to first develop a temporary form (like I did with Quilten) where you visualize a small, simple, easily recognized form for your tulpa to inhabit until communication reaches the point where either your tulpa chooses a more permanent form, or you feel it easier to give a form the voice, or vise versa.

I think it's just a matter of personal preference of priority.

I'd say personality forcing done by just speech alone basically is just narration anyways, but that's my theory. It's not like anyone knows if personality work actually affects the tupper that much or not. I sure as hell didn't visualize anything until much later, though my tupper wasn't vocal at that point yet.

Just, what works for you. For me, visualizing anything when I basically just got started would've been too distracting, so I didn't do it at all. And I'd say my personality forcing was a lot like narration, so I guess I did sort of what you are asking about. Ended up with a tupper, too, so... Guess it works and I got first-hand proof of it working.
