I updated mine a while ago with the form changes. And yeah Lulu, it's a good idea to document this stuff.

Added mine, though my touchpad screwed up and I accidently'd part of the spreadsheet at one point, but that's exactly what Ctrl+Z is for. Anyway, I think something like this actually is useful because it's much easier than scouring the forum and IRC for details about tulpae. This is helpful as a sort of index of known tulpae and if one stands out as one we'd like to know more about, we can search through the forums and progress reports for more information on them.
