Another tulpa appeared

My main question is: What are the dangers of making more than one tulpa at a time? I know the obvious, and everything mentioned in the guide, like for instance the enormous mental strain... but the thing with me is...my second tulpa kind of manifested itself. I didn't put in any conscious effort, it just happened. I normally am able to mentally search my environment and 'feel' where my tulpa is, but then I felt today that there was a second one. Since this happened without me trying, I'm curious if I should just roll with things, or try to ignore it. Or consciously work on it. I could try to suppress it until I finish development of my first, but that would also take mental effort.[/align]

 

Edit: Another thing...it's not like his personality just materialized; he was a character in my mind already before hand. I just wasn't trying to make him a tulpa.

Just go with it then. You might want to get in contact with ImLuc on the IRC too. He's the only other known case of spontaneous second tulpa.

No. He might have used a clone form while working on his tulpa for some of the forcing thus he unknowingly created two.

Was the other tulpa closer to an intrusive thought, or was it vocal and sentient according to you?

I didn't see him physically, I sensed him near me. He appeared after I became really obsessed with his character, so that's where all the extra energy needed to create him most likely came from. Like I explained, I normally search my environment to try to feel where my tulpae are. He said my name the other day though, not in his actual voice, but a weird distorted one. The voice sounded more masculine, which is why I assumed it was Sheldon and not Justine. It didn't sound at all human though, which was slightly concerning.

 

In other words, it wasn't a thought. I heard his voice, and felt his presence.
