If all the muscles in the human body were to move in one direction we could exponentially lift much more weight then we could. Also we don't use all of our muscle mass, only about 20-30%. When we do use more it is usually during fight or flight situations. Is it possible with the help of a tulpa to increase our muscle mass use?

Perhaps, but in doing so you're more likely to tear your muscles, esp at 100%.

What MegaBusta said.

There is a reason that the brain has set a "limit" on output. Using them like that can put serious strain on your muscles.

"If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."

To my knowledge nobody has actually tested it. If you really want to know, you're best off making a thread in the research forum and finding out yourself. Otherwise you'll get a lot of hearsay and blind guesses.
